Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Twelve mobile application ("Twelve," "the app"), made by Sorcel Tech ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Twelve, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Twelve is

Twelve is a personal goal-tracking app built around 12-week cycles, weekly lead/lag indicator tracking, and structured weekly reviews. It's a planning and accountability tool, not professional coaching, financial, medical, or other licensed advice. Decisions you make based on what you track in Twelve are yours alone.

Accounts

Twelve doesn't require an account to use. Your goals and progress are stored locally on your device. Because there's no account or server-side backup, you're responsible for backing up your own data (via the app's export feature) if you want to preserve it across a device change or reinstall.

Subscriptions & billing (Twelve Pro)

• Twelve Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed and processed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play, where available).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store / Play Store account settings. We don't process cancellations directly.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we don't issue refunds ourselves.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change; we'll give notice before any change affects an active subscription, as required by the platform.

Free vs. Pro

The free tier supports up to 3 goals per cycle and a limited number of indicator reminders. Twelve Pro removes those limits and adds features described in the app and on this site. We may adjust what's included in each tier over time; changes won't remove access you've already paid for during an active billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to circumvent Twelve Pro's subscription checks or paywall.
• Use the app in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation for other users.

Intellectual property

Twelve, its logo, and its design are owned by Sorcel Tech. Your goal data, notes, and reflections belong to you. We don't claim ownership over what you enter into the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Twelve is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We don't guarantee that using Twelve will result in achieving any particular goal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorcel Tech won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Twelve, including loss of data stored locally on your device.

Termination

You can stop using Twelve at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, communicated in the app.
